Job summary

EchoStar is expanding its technical field team to install and support DISH and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers, ensure proper setup, and promote additional services.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, safe driving, and delivering a world‑class customer experience. The position requires traveling to customer sites with a company vehicle, enduring varied schedules, and maintaining professionalism in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required to drive company vehicle to customer sites.
• Schedule flexibility; travel as needed; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Customer focus to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-site challenges.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
