Job summary

EchoStar is looking for a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will educate clients on usage, upsell additional services, and uphold a professional, safe workflow both independently and with the team.

The role requires a valid driver's license, flexibility for travel and varied hours, and physical capability to handle equipment and heights. Excellent customer focus and problem-solving are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Schedule flexibility; willingness to travel and occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus to build trust and create great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to handle varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
