EchoStar technicians visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, educating clients on usage and potential add-ons. You will work independently yet stay connected with the team, delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to customer sites.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends or holidays when needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and promote additional services when suitable.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and collaborate with the team as needed.
