Qualifications

• Sales-minded attitude with ability to upsell products and services.
• Strong communication skills and customer rapport-building ability.
• Technical aptitude in home installation or related fields is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate homeowners on using their new system to protect their families.
• Receive ongoing coaching and growth opportunities within the national organization.
