Job summary

NRG Energy (Vivint Smart Home) is seeking a Field Service Professional in Jackson, MS to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology, while proactively identifying and selling upgraded solutions on-site. You’ll join a nationally recognized team dedicated to security, comfort, and energy efficiency in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

Sales experience in retail, B2C, insurance, or service-based settings as a strong advantage.
Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with customers.
Experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
Growing within the national organization through coaching and leadership development.
