Job summary

NRG Energy’s Vivint Smart Home division is hiring a Field Service Technician/Professional. You will install smart home tech and proactively identify upgrade opportunities, acting as the face of Vivint across customer homes. The role blends technical work with occasional sales responsibilities and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.

Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
