NRG Energy, via Vivint Smart Home, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology while promoting upgraded solutions, providing customers with total peace of mind.

You will be the face of Vivint, joining a nationally recognized team with opportunities for growth, training, and incentives. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Formación

• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-First Attitude: Ability to act with integrity while building rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record; pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to help protect their families.
• Growth: Coaching and leadership training to advance within our national organization.
