Job summary

NRG, including Vivint Smart Home, is seeking a Field Service Professional in Mount Juliet, TN. You will install cutting-edge smart home technology, assess customer homes, and sell upgraded solutions to provide peace of mind.

The role blends hands-on technical work with on-site consultative sales in a nationwide team. The position offers a comprehensive package, paid training, a take-home vehicle, 4/10 work weeks, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Consultative Sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Customer Education: Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
