NRG Energy, through Vivint Smart Home, seeks a Field Service Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upsell opportunities in the Harrisburg region. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering on-site service and customer education while driving solutions that enhance home security and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or aptitude for upselling and consultative selling.
• Customer-first approach with strong communication skills.
• Technical aptitude for home automation or installation tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/licensing checks.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system usage and best practices.
• Pursue growth opportunities within the national Vivint organization.
