Job summary

The role blends technical installation with consultative sales, offering a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and act with integrity.
• Technical exposure in home security or installation projects is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Seek growth opportunities through coaching and leadership programs within the national organization.
