Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service smart home technology, while identifying opportunities to upgrade and upsell solutions at customers' homes.

You will act as the face of Vivint, delivering exceptional service, guiding customers through new systems, and contributing to a growing national team with coaching and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
• Must pass post-offer background and licensing per applicable law; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customers' homes.
• Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Train customers on system use to protect their families.
• Pursue coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
