Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, support, and upgrade smart home systems at customers' homes nationwide. You will blend technical work with on-site sales, building trusted relationships and delivering peace of mind.

We provide paid training, a company vehicle, tools, and a 4/10 schedule with Saturdays. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; strong customer service and communication skills help you succeed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on system usage to protect their families.
• Seek coaching and advancement opportunities within the national organization.
