Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You will teach customers how to use their tech, help them understand additional services, and keep a professional, safe work environment while working both independently and with the team.

Flexible scheduling and willingness to travel are required. The role includes paid training, benefits, and a company-provided van and tools. Excellent customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Able to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently.
• Collaborate with the team when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
