Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to visit customers’ homes and install DISH equipment and smart home products, educating users on operation and expanding services. You will travel to customer sites, maintain professionalism, and collaborate with the team to ensure a world-class customer experience.

The role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a company vehicle. A valid driver’s license, flexible schedules including evenings/weekends, and the ability to lift and climb as required are

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license to drive company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
