Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Home Technician to install and support DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use the technology and promote additional services, while maintaining a professional, safe work environment.

Training is provided and the role includes opportunities for growth and competitive benefits. Paid training, comprehensive benefits, a company-provided van, tools and uniforms are included, with paths for advancement and salary growth

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License is required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
Schedule flexibility; willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends or holidays.
Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; meet a 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
Teach customers how to use their tech and discuss additional services when helpful.
Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
