Vivint Field Service Technician role involves installing and servicing cutting-edge smart home technology, while proactively identifying opportunities to upgrade solutions on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security and home automation to customers across the region.

The position emphasizes a sales mindset, strong customer relations, and technical aptitude, with comprehensive training and a path for growth within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background checks and licensing requirements as per law.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new system to protect their families.
• Receive coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.
