Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology, while proactively identifying and selling upgraded solutions to ensure customer peace of mind. You will be the face of Vivint, supporting customers with expert installation and on-site upgrades.

We offer a strong compensation package with base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, a company vehicle, and a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

Sales-focused mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
Customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Technical aptitude: experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
