Job summary

Vivint, a leading smart home company, is hiring a Field Service Technician/Professional. You will install cutting-edge smart home devices, perform on-site assessments, and upsell upgrades to enhance security and convenience for customers.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
A valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
Growth: coaching and leadership training to advance within the national organization.
