Vivint Smart Home is seeking Field Service Professionals to install, service and support smart home technology nationwide. You’ll build trusted relationships, diagnose issues, perform installations and help create safer, more connected homes.

The role offers an hourly base pay with uncapped commissions, paid licensing, take-home vehicle, gas card, tools, and devices. Four 10-hour days with Saturdays; extensive training and growth opportunities.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to pass all licensing requirements under applicable law.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.

Mansioni

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every appointment.
• Conduct onsite evaluations to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards.
• Manage daily appointments, work orders and equipment.
