Vivint is hiring Field Service Professionals to install, service and support smart home technology across the country. You will build trusted relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service and safety.

You will diagnose issues, perform installations, and explore additional solutions to boost earnings through uncapped commissions, with a four-day, 10-hour schedule that includes Saturdays and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements under applicable law.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn and use technology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems, including cameras and smart locks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every appointment.
• Conduct onsite evaluations to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards.
• Manage daily appointments, work orders and equipment.
• Identify service recommendations and referral opportunities when appropriate.
