Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and support smart home systems across the United States. You will combine technical installation with consultative selling of upgrades, delivering safe, reliable home automation for customers.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C or service-based sales.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in installation, service, or related trades is helpful but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• On-site consultative sales to evaluate homes and upsell upgrades or services.
• Educate customers on system operation to ensure proper use and safety.
• Receive coaching and growth opportunities within the national organization.
