NRG Energy's Vivint Smart Home division is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology while proactively identifying and selling upgraded solutions to customers.

You will work with a take-home company vehicle, clock in from your driveway, receive comprehensive paid training, and enjoy a four-day work week (4/10) including Saturdays. The role blends technical installation with consultative sales and ongoing coaching.

Formación

• Technical aptitude for home automation and related systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices (cameras, locks, automation).
• Perform on-site consultative sales to upgrade equipment or services.
• Educate customers on system usage to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Receive coaching and advancement opportunities within the national team.
