Job summary

Fromm Electric Supply is seeking a Smart Components Specialist to drive Rockwell Automation Smart Components growth across the designated territory. The role collaborates with Account Managers, Inside and Outside Sales, and Rockwell personnel to identify opportunities, deliver training, and implement automation solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.

The candidate will deliver product demonstrations, provide expert technical support, and lead market development activities to expand adoption

Qualifications

Experience in industrial automation and Rockwell components.
Ability to train customers and conduct product demonstrations.
Strong collaboration with sales teams and cross-functional groups.
Proven track record growing a territory with new opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow industrial automation solutions across the territory.
Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Serve as the primary technical resource for customers on industrial automation products and applications.
Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Lead demonstrations and hands-on trainings for customers and sales teams.
Collaborate with Rockwell Automation reps and internal specialists to build complete customer solutions.
Support customer modernization and lifecycle replacement initiatives.
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and technology showcases.
