Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solutions & Service Sales Executive to support our commercial Smart Buildings Automation Controls Service team in the Fairbanks, AK area. You will drive new orders, manage relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users, and develop go-to-market plans to grow the business within the region.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate financial acumen to estimate and sell technical solutions and services.
• Need for account development and strategic sales skills.
• English verbal and written communication required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and fleet eligibility.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on assigned quota.
• Develop and maintain a funnel of opportunities including forecasting order intake.
• Understand market, competitors, customers, and decision influencers regionally.
• Develop growth plans and GTM strategies for new markets/segments.
• Act as a consultant to customer organizations to optimize building systems.
