Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, Industrial Eng, CS, Energy/Sustainability or Built Environment.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• No relocation or housing stipend provided for this program.
• Must have own reliable transportation to the project site; mileage reimbursed.
• This program does not support visa holders (F1, J1, M1, H1B) or OPT/CPT.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to establish a project delivery plan.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.
• Manage procurement of supplies and materials for projects.
• Participate in project cost reviews.
• Track labor resources and project progress.
• Pursue change-order opportunities for projects.
• Complete project close-out documentation.
• Rotate through other departments to learn branch operations.
