Job summary
Johnson Controls is seeking an engineer to design, configure, and optimize complete building control systems using Niagara Framework and industry protocols like BACnet and Modbus. You will work with field teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and successful commissioning of controls across complex HVAC and sub-systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 3+ years experience.
- Knowledge of control theory and building automation systems.
- Experience integrating low-voltage subsystems using protocols (LON, BACnet).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong CAD skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure complex building control systems per contract documents.
- Develop and test software programs for building control systems.
- Coordinate drawings and equipment schedules for submittals.
- Order, track, and manage materials for projects.
- Assist in commissioning and validation of system functionality.
- Provide field change information for as-built drawings and software.
- Support training for owner/operator of the building control system.
- Ensure safety and quality on site.
