Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of understanding of business administration and management principles.
• 5+ years of understanding of engineering and technology including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment.
• 5+ years of understanding of building and construction materials, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply for and obtain all necessary permits or licenses.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to owners, developers, and staff.
• Track progress and quality of work; lead team to completion.
• Manage project schedule, budgets, and change orders; monitor milestones.
• Prepare status reports and analyze trends for informed decisions.
• Provide technical guidance, interpretation of drawings, and construction method recommendations.
• Identify problems, analyze information, and determine the best solutions.
