Responsibilities include managing documents, RFIs, and field coordination, while tracking progress and changes across projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Working knowledge of business administration and project coordination.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience using project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BA project manager to ensure design, budget, and schedule of each project.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve issues.
• Ensure a safe work environment and OSHA compliance.
• Review, organize, and distribute contract documents and drawings to team members.
• Administer project closeout documentation including manuals and punch lists.
• Assist in drafting, submitting, and tracking RFIs and responses.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Track all phases of construction projects, due dates, and cost codes.
