Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a 2-year technical program in HVAC/building automation or related field.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for a 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• Onsite work location with no relocation/housing stipend.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Spend most time on job sites learning installation, programming, and service of HVAC/building automation systems.
• Shadow experienced technicians, perform troubleshooting, and participate in on-the-job and classroom training.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to support customer needs.
• Document service activities and explain system operations to customers.
• Assist in system commissioning and minor upgrades or enhancements.
• Support site visits with hands-on tasks and logging of field activities.
