The position requires a technical background, comfort with tools, and 6–12 months of manufacturing experience. Training is provided, and optimal candidates can lift up to 50lbs and adapt to changing orders.

• Work efficiently with changing custom orders, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Crosstrain in different departments.
• Ensure accuracy and functionality of assemblies before moving on to the next production cycle.

About the Opportunity

• Job Title: Small/Medium Assembly Technician
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$21.50/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Thursday 7AM-5PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire
