About the Opportunity

• Job Title: Assembler
• Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-3PM and Friday 5AM-9AM (Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays)
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Capable of reading blueprints and understanding work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to use power tools such as a drill.
• Regularly bends, twists, stoops, pushes, pulls, and reaches with hands and arms.
• Must be able to stand or sit as needed for the entire shift.
• Very keen vision and hearing is required.
• Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble hatches using small hand and power tools.
• Prepare panels for painting by putting insulation in and hanging panels on hooks.
• Package completed assemblies and fill orders.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity.
• Keep area well organized and clean.
• Work within all safety guidelines.
• Cross train in various departments to fill in when needed.
• Performs frequent quality checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
