Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business client base in the Tucson area. You will prospect, analyze client needs, and present Spectrum’s data, phone, video and mobile solutions to close deals.

You’ll maintain records, collaborate across teams, and stay current with product strategies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or telecom/tech, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated drive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions that address client requirements.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
