Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to connect with small business clients and deliver essential communication solutions, driving growth in the local market.

You will pursue opportunities in data, voice, video and mobile services, conduct needs analyses, manage the sales cycle from first contact to close, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage sales and administrative tasks.
• Valid State driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Meet sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain records of activities and deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with products and strategies.
• Improve the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
