ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services. You will operate in a defined geographic territory, identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, HR, and more, while growing relationships with existing clients.

The role features uncapped commissions, industry-leading sales training, and a fast-paced, inclusive culture. Training on latest sales technology will be provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• College degree is great but not required.
• 1–2 years of work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related industry.
• Military experience is valued and welcome.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals in your geography.
• Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR solutions, and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Build relationships with clients and partners; use a sales strategy to engage decision-makers.
• Collaborate with teams and act as an ADP ambassador.
