Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services to grow our client base across a defined geography in Tempe, AZ. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, while expanding relationships within existing accounts.

We offer rigorous sales training, uncapped commissions, and a supportive, inclusive culture within a Fortune 250 company. Prior sales experience is not required, as training and mentoring are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• One to two years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your assigned geography to close sales and reach goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions.
• Deepen relationships across existing accounts and expand additional ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
