You will recruit, coach, and mentor staff, collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions, monitor performance metrics, and promote adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically four or more years of sales management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Small Business Banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
