Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. seeks a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit to manage policy servicing, endorsements, renewals and client communications. You will process changes, verify details, and maintain accurate records to support a smooth client experience.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license within 90 days, and a preferred AINS/CISR designation. Strong customer service, bilingual ability, and teamwork are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; location dependent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services and underwriting procedures.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations and maintain accurate records.
• Handle endorsements submitted online; verify accuracy and bill endorsements.
• Enter, rate and issue policies on carrier websites as needed.
• Monitor payments and prevent policy cancellations due to non-payment.
• Track claims and update the agency management system with activity.
• Review audits and send audit review letters to clients.
• Order MVRs and loss runs as directed by the team.
• Provide backup coverage for mail, phone and walk-in inquiries.
