Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is hiring a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit to handle administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing for small commercial accounts.

Responsibilities include processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate records with the agency management system. Role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent client service while supporting internal compliance

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license from domicile state required within 90 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintain accurate account records.
• Enter and rate policies in carrier websites and order new policies as needed.
• Issue certificates of insurance and other forms for holders.
• Monitor payment status to prevent cancellations and notify Account Manager if risk of non-payment.
• Assist with audits, endorsements, and back-end service work to support client experience.
