Relation Insurance Services Select, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the Small Business Unit in Columbia, SC. You will manage policy endorsements, renewals, and file maintenance in our agency systems, while delivering responsive client service and compliance support.

The role requires a property/casualty license within 90 days, 1+ year in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual skills are a plus; a dynamic team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property & Casualty license required within 90 days of hire.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• 1+ year experience in customer service preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred depending on location.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services and underwriting preferred.
• Personal lines knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in the agency management system.
• Enter and rate policies on carrier websites and issue certificates.
• Follow up on new submissions with carriers.
• Monitor payments to prevent cancellations and alert if at risk.
• Track claims and maintain activity logs.
• Review audits and send audit letters to clients.
• Order MVRs and loss runs as directed.
• Support mail, phone, and walk-in traffic.
• Adopt AI solutions to improve client service.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
