Job summary

You will combine digital tools with personal relationships to offer tailored banking solutions, while prospecting externally to grow revenue and meet targets. Responsibilities include opening accounts, recommending product solutions, and coordinating with branch partners and business lines to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Understanding of banking operations, policies and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Prospect outside the current base to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Open accounts, identify product solutions and service customers' needs; refer to appropriate teams as needed.
