Qualifications

• NMLS registration and compliance with SAFÉ Act and Reg Z requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years in customer service, sales or prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Drive growth through proactive outbound calling to small business clients.
• Support branch-based small business clients and leverage digital tools to build relationships.
• Identify customer needs, open and service accounts, and recommend product solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and growth goals.
