F.N.B. Corporation's Small Business Banking team seeks a Business Development Officer 2 in Greensboro to grow small business loan and deposit relationships, service existing clients, and increase the bank's visibility in the community.

The role requires prospecting, cold calling, networking, and cross-selling products with branch partners to meet objectives while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 7+ years of experience in small business banking or related sales.
• Excellent project management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient PC skills; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint basics.

Responsabilités

• Develops new small business loan and deposit relationships and services current small business relationships.
• Prospects and makes calls to potential clients; networks with referral sources.
• Cross-sells affiliate products and coordinates with Branch Manager and specialists.
• Maintains a prospective customer calling program and tracks activity.
• Represents the bank in the community to develop new business relationships and meet objectives.
