Qualifications

• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with legal requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is typical.
• Five+ years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Identify customer needs and open/service accounts with small business clients.
• Drive growth with proactive outbound calling and cross‑selling of financial solutions.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal lines to generate referrals and opportunities.
