U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Connect Specialist to deliver exceptional service and financial solutions to small business clients with annual revenues up to $2.5 million.

The role emphasizes proactive outbound calling, supporting branch-based clients, and using digital tools to build trusted relationships. You will identify needs, open and service accounts, and collaborate with partners to drive growth and referrals.

Qualifications

• Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
• Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and offer financial solutions to small businesses.
• Open and service accounts and achieve sales and growth goals.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal business lines to generate referrals.
• Work in a hybrid call center environment with three on-site days per week.
