U.S. Bank is seeking a relationship manager for its small business banking segment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while offering financial solutions to firms with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will grow relationships via calls and business development activities, using digital tools alongside strong personal connections. Responsibilities include account openings, product referrals, and collaboration with branch partners and centers of influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Understanding of banking operations, policies and support systems.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and develop new opportunities through business development activities.
• Combine digital tools with personal relationships to offer solutions to business customers.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
