Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a client-focused role focused on service excellence. You will manage a portfolio of small business accounts, handling new business, renewals, and endorsements with a high level of professionalism.

Onsite, hybrid, or remote work options are available to fit the needs of the team and clients while maintaining strong carrier relationships and accurate documentation using the EPIC system.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small business accounts.
• Proficiency in EPIC agency management system is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small business commercial lines accounts, providing end-to-end servicing (soup to nuts).
• Handle new business, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with carriers such as Citizens, Auto-Owners, Progressive, Frankenmuth, and Cincinnati.
• Utilize the EPIC agency management system to manage accounts and documentation.

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients and maintaining the high standards of professionalism and collaboration that define the company culture.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $78,000 annually + bonus and commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small business commercial lines accounts, providing end-to-end servicing ("soup to nuts").
• Handle new business, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with top carriers, including Citizens, Auto-Owners, Progressive, Frankenmuth, and Cincinnati.
• Utilize the EPIC agency management system to manage accounts and documentation.
