You will guide client transitions, support onboarding, and identify growth opportunities across internal teams to deliver results. The role emphasizes handling client queries, maintaining strong retention, and partnering with fulfillment teams to drive success for diverse small businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years account management experience
• Familiarity with GAAP, payroll theory, and payroll taxation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned bookkeeping and payroll clients
• Oversee client acquisition process from referral to onboard
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet client needs and growth targets
• Assist with client onboarding onto platforms and virtual tools
• Develop and maintain advisor relationships with clients
• Communicate results to tax professionals preparing tax returns
• Maintain a sizable book of business with strong retention and revenue per client
