Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of small business clients and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and planning projects.
• Monitor deadlines and workflow across the team to keep projects on track.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Communicate proactively with clients—no surprises or silence.
• Schedule quarterly tax planning meetings with clients.
• Resolve client concerns with empathy and follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Support internal team communication and keep work moving smoothly.
