Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years account management experience.
• Basic GAAP knowledge and payroll theory understanding.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned bookkeeping and payroll clients.
• Oversee the client acquisition process from referral to onboard.
• Negotiate contracts to meet client needs and growth targets.
• Assist with client onboarding onto platforms and virtual tools.
• Develop and maintain advisor relationships with clients.
