Qualifications

1+ year experience in Customer Service.
Knowledge of insurance markets and underwriting procedures.
Proficient with Excel and MS Office; able to learn new software.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; location-dependent.

Responsibilities

Maintains client files and ensures accurate account information.
Processes policy change requests.
Follows up on endorsements, verifies accuracy, and processes for delivery.
Orders renewal policies and verifies them against proposals in the Agency Management System.
Enters and rates policies in carrier websites and orders new policies as needed.
Issues certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
Prepares cancellation forms and follows up on cancellations.
Orders MVRs and loss runs as directed.
Reviews mail and assists with calls and walk-ins as needed.
Adopts innovative technology, including AI solutions, into service processes.
